You claim your page on zinola.in. You manage it in the business app, once we have approved your claim.
- STEP 1Find your listingOpen the unclaimed listings and look for your name. You do not need an account to look.
- STEP 2Press ClaimEvery unclaimed listing has a Claim button. Not listed? Add it first. Adding a business does not claim it, so press Claim after you add it.
- STEP 3We check it is yoursA person from our team calls, usually within 2–3 working days, and may ask for proof. No claim is approved automatically.
- STEP 4Manage itOnce approved, the page is yours, with every review and enquiry it already had. Use business.zinola.in with the login you already have.

Nothing. And rank is not for sale.
No listing fee, no lead fee, no commission. Nothing is bought or booked through Zinola: the customer pays you directly. Nobody can pay to move up, or to make a review go away.
How ranking works →- I added my business. Why can't I manage it?
- Adding a business does not make it yours. Anyone can add one, so every new listing starts unclaimed. Open its page and press Claim. Once our team verifies you, you can manage the listing.
- I run it from home. Can I list it?
- Yes. Home bakers, tailors, tuition teachers, mehendi artists, pickle makers and beauticians are all welcome. You do not need a shop, a GST number or a fee. Run it from your kitchen, on your own hours. You can also sell what you make in the Marketplace.
- We're a large business with many branches. Can we list?
- Yes. List or claim each branch, so every street finds the one nearest it. One login manages every listing you run, at business.zinola.in. It is free at any size, and rank still comes only from neighbors.
- How do you verify that I own the business?
- A person from our team calls you, usually within 2–3 working days. We may ask for proof that you run it, like a GST certificate, shop and establishment license, a utility bill in the business name, or a photo of your signboard. If you run it from home, photos of your work, your Instagram or WhatsApp business page, or a short verification call are enough. No claim is approved automatically.
- I have no GST or shop license. How do I claim?
- You can still claim. Instead of formal documents, show us photos of your work, your Instagram or WhatsApp business page, or take a short verification call with our team. A person checks every claim, and none is approved automatically.
- What changes once my claim is approved?
- The listing becomes yours and gets the verified tick. You manage it from business.zinola.in with the login you already have. Answer enquiries, reply to reviews, keep your details correct and add your team. You also get everything the listing got before you claimed it.
- Can I pay to rank higher?
- No. Nobody can pay to rank higher, to get verified, or to remove a review. What neighbors say decides the order. Listing, claiming and managing are free.
