Everything on the site is in the app and the other way round: one account, one street, the same reviews and listings. What the app adds is the phone itself — a notification when a neighbour replies or an enquiry arrives, your location to put you in the right neighbourhood on first open, and your camera roll a tap away when a review needs a photo.
It asks for your location only while you use it, never in the background, and for your contacts only at the moment you choose to share a number with your street. It reads nothing otherwise.
