A neighbourhood knows things no directory does. Who turned up on time. Who quoted one price and charged another. Who came back to fix it without being asked. That knowledge usually lives in a group chat and disappears the moment the thread scrolls.

Zinola keeps it. Your street is a feed of what people near you are asking and recommending. Reviews attach to the business they are about, so the next person searching finds them. And where we can, we do the job ourselves at a price agreed before anyone comes out.

How it actually works

Book a service and you are dealing with us. You pick the work, you see the price before you commit, and a professional we have verified is assigned to it. You pay them directly when it is done. Nothing is taken up front.

Use the directory and you are dealing with the business. We host the listing and the reviews, and stay out of the rest. Anyone can add a business that is missing; it goes up unclaimed until the owner takes it over.

Either way, what happened afterwards is written down where the next neighbour will find it.

What we do not do

We do not sell placement. A business cannot pay to rank higher, to be verified, or to have a review removed — the rules are written out on how ranking works. There are no adverts on the site. Professionals pay nothing to join; Zinola takes a 10% fee on jobs booked through it, and that is the whole business model.

Where we are

Built in Chennai, and growing city by city rather than all at once — a directory with nobody in it helps no one. Bookable services are switched on one city at a time, and every page says so honestly where they are not.
