We read your location once, match it to the nearest area, and do not save it. If it differs from the area you picked, we ask first.

Rooms inside a circle
A main room everyone is in, plus rooms like maintenance or lost and found for the people added to them. Each shows its own unread count.
Reply, react, forward
Reply to one message, react to it, or forward it to another chat. The same in circle rooms, direct messages and enquiries.
Read ticks
One tick when it is sent, two when everyone has it, blue when everyone has read it.
Fair polls
One answer or many, a closing time or an early end. In a circle for one building, each home gets one vote, not each account.
Events
Post an event and people answer going, maybe or no, and say how many are coming.
Pins and mute
Pin the message everyone needs to find again. Mute a noisy room and keep the rest.
Join requests and invites
Ask to join, get a personal invite, or use a link or QR code. Links can be limited, set to expire, or turned off.
Clear roles
Owners and moderators approve members and remove messages. An owner can hand the circle over.

You do not buy anything through Zinola. An enquiry is a chat, and you pay the seller directly.
Booking
You cannot book a service through Zinola. You talk to the business and arrange it with them.

A listing is the seller's promise. Reviews and reports help neighbors keep it honest.
Browser notifications
The phone apps notify you. The website has a live inbox, but cannot notify you when the tab is closed.
